Our Policies

To ensure a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for all our students and instructors, studio has established the following policies.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines.

  1. General Conduct
Respect: Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and kindness. Disrespectful behavior, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated. 
Punctuality: Arrive on time for classes to ensure a smooth start and minimize disruptions.
Cleanliness: Maintain personal hygiene and wear clean attire to classes. Clean the poles before and after use with provided sanitizing alcohol spray and towels.
Attire: Wear appropriate attire for pole dance classes. This typically includes shorts and a tank top or sports bra to ensure proper grip on the pole. Heels and knee pads are optional.​

2. Health and Safety:

Medical Conditions: Inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before class starts. Participation is at your own risk.

Warm-Up: Participate in the warm-up exercises at the beginning of each class to prevent injuries. Members are kindly requested to arrive on time to complete the full warm-up before starting the main workout. In the event that a member skips the warm-up and sustains an injury, the club will not be responsible for providing assistance.

Spotting: Always use proper spotting techniques and listen to instructor guidelines when attempting new moves.

No Jewelry: Remove all jewelry before class to avoid damage to the poles and prevent injuries.

Hydration: Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated during classes.​

3. Class Registration and Attendance

Pre-Registration: All students must pre-register for classes online or at the studio to secure their spot. Drop-ins are welcome if space permits.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 03 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge.

Class Packages: Class packages are available and typically have an expiration date. Be aware of the validity period of your package.

In case the package expired:

  • You can pay 350,000 VND to extend 01 month.

  • Or purchase the secondary package to add up the remain sessions of expired package within 07 days.​

4. Course Extension:

Course Extension Duration:

  • 8-session course: 7 days from the start of the break

  • 16-session course: 14 days from the start of the break

  • VIP 1-month: 15 days from the start of the break

  • VIP 6 months - max 45 days - 2 extension allowed (one extension can be up to 20 days)

  • VIP 12 months - max 56 days - 2 extensions allowed (one extension can be up to 23 days)

Conditions for Extension:

  • Natural disasters or pandemics announced by the government requiring the suspension of activities in the beauty, fitness, and health sectors.

  • Members with severe health issues who cannot attend classes due to physical limitations must provide a certified medical certificate (with official stamp) from a doctor or healthcare institution within 1 week from the date of the extension request.

  • Members wishing to extend their courses must request it at least 24 hours before the desired extension date.
